DOES MY ORDER COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
If you selected a shipping method with tracking, your order will be trackable and you will be given the tracking number upon purchase.
HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When you place an order, you will be emailed a confirmation receipt. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped. Be sure to check your junk folder in case you do not receive any emails.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you receive your shipping confirmation email, you will also receive a tracking number if you selected the shipping method that provides one. Orders that were not placed with tracked shipping will not be tracked and we are not responsible for any lost or non-received parcels.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders that are placed before 1 p.m. EST will be shipped that same day. Any orders placed after 1 p.m. EST will be shipped the next day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped – wait times vary depending on location and the type of service you selected.
Canada – 1-7 business days via Canada Post depending on location within Canada.
USA – 1-6 business days depending on the carrier and option you chose.
Worldwide – 2-12 business days depending on the carrier. We are proud to ship worldwide.

HOW CAN I GET BETTER SHIPPING RATES? CAN I PICK UP IF I AM IN TORONTO?
Orders within Canada that are above $75 before taxes, will have automatic free shipping. Orders over $150 anywhere else will ship for free.
